1997-07: DOGHOUSE
Now officially into their 10th year, DOGHOUSE have evolved into primarily a 60/70s tribute act playing songs from the golden era of British Hard Rock, Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, etc., although they would sometimes play original numbers, and some pretty weird stuff…as anyone who has ever witnessed their rendition of John Denver’s “Country Roads” or the 45-minute version of Black Magic Woman can attest. Though they have not played live since 2006, future gigs are not ruled out. Due to the preponderance of bands called DOGHOUSE, it may be under the new name of CANIS DOMUS….
