1987-88: PEGASUS
"Every band goes through a point where they're called Pegasus"
Old school Heavy Rock/Metal band in the Thin Lizzy/Judas Priest vein, featuring Paul Barnett (ex Nosferatu V) on vocals and Rick Greenwood and Mark Birdsall (now of Blackout) on guitars. This band was the starting point of the Gillespie/Coulson partnership and, as is often remarked, if one had killed the other there and then, he would have been released from prison by now.

1988-89: TWIST IN THE TALE
Club band paying primarily 50’s and 60’s material, featuring Dean Hubert on Vocals, (now in the successful clubland duo 2 steps forward)
